Unbelievable account of various matters in "The History of Mr Chameleon" who was:

nearly sacked from Eton for smoking a "spliff," but whose family standing rescued him from that fate which had befallen others less well connected;

after he was 16, when he claims he "turned his life around," he joined Oxford's notorious Bullingdon Club, long notorious for its drunken smashing of restaurants and so forth (even smashing a stradivarius violin at one point in the past), most notably George Osborne and Boris Johnson were also members, but they didn't quit before their final year there as

Cameron did;

when he was a young buck about town working as a PR man for a TV company he took cocaine, I suspect that he might now say to himself "We all did," but he is self deluding on that as much else.

In fact the most odious part of this interview is his inclusion with all his lies and misrepresentations of what should have remained private information about his feelings about his dead son, Ivan Cameron.

I have repeatedly commented to the effect that MesLords Laidlaw (pictured) and Ashcroft, the foreign based billionaires who have bought the Tory Party, do not live here, even share our concerns for homeland security, and are not satisfying the requirements made for them to be ennobled, nor those to be permitted to make party political donations. An announcement was made from Monaco about a tax exile peer who has stopped bankrolling the Tories to “spare David Cameron embarrassment.”

Lord Laidlaw of Rothiemay has lent or donated around £5 million to the party, even though he is based in Monaco to avoid paying tax in Britain. Now the 66-year-old peer — caught taking part in an orgy with prostitutes last year — has decided to end his financial backing “until he has sorted out his tax issues.”

The multi-millionaire tycoon has been rebuked by the watchdog Lords Appointments Commission for failing to keep his promise when he was ennobled in 2004 to register as a UK resident. Faced with an estimated tax bill of £50 million, he chose to suspend his membership of the Lords in 2007.

The affair has been a running sore for the Tories because Lord Laidlaw, who almost single-handedly bankrolled the party in Scotland, was seen as having been given a peerage because of his financial support.

Electoral Commission figures show the Tories continued to accept donations from him last year, including £25,000 to Boris Johnson’s campaign to become London mayor.

Funny how little currency this matter has had since february - eh?

The Daily Telegraph is reported to be likely to make a private apology for publishing a picture of the PM's two sons.

The PM's sympathy for David Cameron when his disabled son Ivan died was palpable, for the Browns have lost a very young child also.

On the day of Ivan Cameron's funeral a leading blogger there wrote on the topic. Daniel Hannan speculating about how treatment of such matters has changed of late I recall.

Two of the "commenters" there decided to desecrate that thread by discussing, lyingly, the court case in which Lord Ahmed, a Labour Peer, was the defendant.

Such people are much given to using words like "scum ." In truth their own natures and possible uses couldn't aspire . . . . .

Poor old Chameleon does seem to catch crabs at every turn of his boat nowadays - eh? It isn't just Osborne, Lord Laidlaw and the usual suspects . . .

Amusing that "Watergate" is being brought into the party political equation as thought it was Labour or HMG which had:

Employed an Editor who had to resign because people he paid were hacking other peoples' mobile phones, including the Deputy Prime Minister Prescott;

Advised a wanna be candidate to join the Home Office to leak to the Tory Front Bench;

Fenced stolen material from the Fees office around Fleet St and sold it to the telegraph for a suspected hundreds of thousands of pounds;

Stolen emails from a Civil Servant re a proposed campaign, most of which was moonshine;

Published the libelous aspects of that proposaed campaign and been sued for libel and had to apologise to Mrs Osborne.

Nope, it was the Tories and their supporters wot dunnit. As usual.

Duncan's cack handed humour is tosh, and Chameleon's apologies are hypocritical cant.

If the media was remotely neutral the Met and other relevant authorities would have prosecuted a fair few of the real miscreants I am sure.

If none of those whose expenses were seriously fraudulent are prosecuted either, it is time those there who may anticipate changes of government and so backpedal at every opportunity were sacked.

Not really surprising that tory blogger and libeler Iain Dale weighed in so heavily against Baron Sugar who has taken against his abuser and libeler Quentin Letts, attack dog on the loose, whom even a few decent tories despise.

Nor is it surprising that the following did not find space in his current column targeted at Margaret Moran, who is said to be unwell:

We all recall Iain and other tory trolls and commentators calling for Ray Mawby, tory MP for the old Totnes constituency, who spent most of his time in the House of Commons playing the fruit machines in one of the bars there, to resign and be replaced off course . . .

We await Chameleon's insistence that the front bench tories whose time spent on "interests" in which they have "earned" substantial sums to augment their parliamentary salaries forthwith cease these; how can they follow both their front bench roles, their other parliamentary duties and assiduously serve their constituents in the social work style role to which Iain refers here? Oh, and actually Do any work for the "Interest"?

Funnily enough Chameleon hasn't called for the head of Wm Hague . . . If the local labour party find a few peed off constituents will Iain be championing their cause? But Chameleon really does deserve the "H" word in spades . . .

Perhaps someone will be checking Nadine Dorries' casebook? She claimed that several of her colleagues were suffering depression, and feared suicides . . . Perhaps some bold blogger will be asking the staff on Nadine's lists if they want to rat on their employers, should they not be on top form at present? Some of them may fear the future and look to the press for a consideration?

But then Iain is just another tory propagandist back from his hols, hoping to have an influence should the tories get to tinker with our Parliament . . .

"Total Politics," which seems to be a wider vehicle for the Tory blogger and libeler Ian Dale and other neo nasty propagandists, has an undeserved credibility largely based on NOT being a Paul Staines org, and puffing itself up as though it amounted to much.

They run an annual popularity contest for blogs, and, of course, as there is a Labour Government and people prefer complaining to praising, the growth of blogging has run with a growth in blogs attacking Labour, usually deceitfully.

Small wonder then that to vote in their contest one must vote for TEN blogs, puffing up more blogs than most of us would care to read on a regular basis.

How despicable can the Dully Tele get?

They tolerate the homophobic libels of Lumley (see my blog post 1 above), delete my responses and the quite unimpeachable original comments to which the rabid raving rabbit took objection . .

They allow posters to copy libels from Guido's blog, which in situ, were protected by his company being registered in the WIndies . . (Paul Staines in turn refused to publish my allegations re that on his blog, while immediately publishing the low down on la dolally Lumley . . )

Now they have deleted Nadine Dorries' efforts on their own site:

The scunners were caught out again! On a quiet news day through the determination and bravery of Ms Harman the BBC had no choice but to show Harriet's copy of the Dully with the 'story' denied.

A doctrine of overwhelming abusive libel is in train to drive an elected government from office. I call it the Staines Doctrine, because those on the Daily Telegraph Blogs and other propaganda efforts seem to have an almost sybaritic pleasure in aping the worst excesses of Paul Staines’ Guido Fawkes site. Journos like Simon Heffer run parallel to such molestations.

A topical example I cite involves a poster using the screen name Patsy Redeyes, who originally called herself Patsy Greeneyes and displayed an avatar picture of the actress Ms Lumley. She used homophobic obscene abuse of the PM and those of her fellow posters who took generally pro Labour views on the Daily Telegraph blogs. A similar poster may be found on Guido Fawkes using Joanna Lumley’s name.

I objected to the Telegraph (or Dully Tele, as seems appropriate) and some were removed. I copied some before they went.

Thinking that Ms Lumley’s good name was being abused by some lunatic I phoned her Literary Agent to explain. The lady I spoke to suggested I try her Theatrical Agent, which I did leaving a message.

An hour or so later Patsy Redeyes wrote as follows:

“Aw shucks Baron and there was me thinking you didn't care,oh dear, I think i'm gonna cry.”

Almost all my posts on this blog have been removed. Only one of them - in which I suggested that women obsessed with their phobia about male homosexuality, as Ms Lumley evidently is, may have a reason for some sort of jealousy - deserved to be removed, and I asked for it to be removed myself, rather more speedily than the female poster who claims there that she did. As she used the “c” word on another occasion her bona fides as a defender of public decency is somewhat flawed.

Who goes back to remove posts in this fashion? Or at least ask for them to be removed? Is it the same Cameron thrall who changed the details about the painter Titian on Wiki to suit Cameron’s error when challenging Gordon Brown over the date of the painter’s death?

Does Lord Ashcroft, of Belize, whose contributions to the Tory operation are now subject to serious question by the authorities, bankroll this aspect of the Tory propaganda machine? Perhaps his minions had warned Cameron about standing so close to Lumley - he did look very uncomfortable, didn't he?
